Part A: General Rules

1. Introduction

OG Advisory: Financial Advisor (“Website”) is a referral platform for loan/financing.

 

2. Agreement Rights

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove these Terms or part thereof, at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Website and the continued use of the Website following the posting of the amended Terms constitutes the acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms. We shall not be responsible for any losses and damages suffered or sustained by you in connection with failure to understand or comply with these Terms. 

By continuing to browse and use this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. User Guidelines

 ​- By using the Website, you expressly represent and warrant that you are legally entitled and have the capacity to accept and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the use of the Website at your own risk, including obtaining the necessary data network access to use the Website. We shall not be liable for any damage to, or viruses, or other codes that may affect any hardware or device, software, data or other property as a result of your access to or use of the Website. 

- You may only access the Website using authorized means and we serve the right not to permit you to use the Website should you use the Website with an incompatible or unauthorised hardware or device, or for purposes other than which the Website is intended to be used. You shall use the Website in accordance with any instructions for use of the Website which we make from time to time, these Terms and any laws and regulations at the time being in force in Malaysia including, but not limited to, the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

You shall not use, copy, transmit, publish, distribute or broadcast any works including but not limited to text, pictures, video and other content found on the Website without prior permission of the respective owners.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

You warrant and represent that you have obtained the relevant person’s consent for us to process his/her personal data. You agree that we are not obligated to accept, review, monitor, or maintain any content provided by you or any other party.

OG Advisory will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with such laws (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) and this privacy policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “data”) that may be collected about you through our services or facilities (which includes the OG Advisory website). This policy does not apply to other entities that are not owned or controlled by OG Advisory, nor does it apply to persons that are not employees or agents of OG Advisory., or that are not under OG Advisory’s control. - As on many websites, the OG Advisory website and its services may also automatically receive general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address and cookie information. Information collected will generally include your name, e-mail address, contact number, other contact details, financial information such as your business income, or your identity card, and credit history upon or during your application process for our services. These information are required for us to provide the necessary feedback to all your enquiries. To enable us to monitor the activity on OG Advisory website, we also collect information such as the number of users, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed and the information downloaded.

 -When you apply for or use one of the services OG Advisory provides (which includes the OG Advisory website).

 - Credit reference agencies when you apply for any of our credit-based products matching.

 - Parties authorised by you.

The full payment of any products provided from our service is only required to be given upon job completion. Hence, the payment is non-refundable.
